    We will review how the campaign has performed and produce a detailed report for you. You can then decided if you would like to continue on as we are, increase or decrease the spend, or simply walk away. 

  • How much budget will I need for the paid ads?

    This will vary a lot depending on the type of products or services you offer. We can work to all kinds of budgets, ranging from £250 a month to over £10,000 a month. Before starting a campaign we will always let you know what our recommended budget for you will be.

  • How involved do I need to be with the marketing?

    That's completely up to you! You can leave it all to us, just providing information about your business as prompted by us, or if you'd like to be more involved we can have regular consultations to discuss ideas and try out new areas you'd like to explore.

  • What do I need to supply for the marketing campaign?

    To start with we will need you to give us a good understanding of your business, what kind of products or services you offer and what your goals are. You will also need to supply us with your brand assets and any images you would like to use. We have a simple checklist to run through with you at the start of a campaign.

  • Should I buy an email list for email marketing?

    Absolutely not! Not only is this often illegal but it's also a waste of money. Marketing campaigns work best when they are targeted, a large part of what we do is finding the right people to market to. Your email list should be made up of people who are likely to want your product or services.

  • Can you write my blog articles for me?

    Absolutely! Of course you are free to write your own blog articles but we do have an option for our expert copywriter to create regular articles which we can then post on your social media for you to help drive traffic and build your brand.

  • What if the marketing campaign doesn't work?

    We always carefully analyse any campaign before starting to ensure we feel confident we can make it work. Of course there are no guarantees which is why we offer a short 3 month term to begin with to help mitigate any risk. We hope that after the 3 months it will be all sunshine and rainbows but in the very unlikely event that it's not worked out you are free to walk away, unlike other agencies who may tie you into a long term deal from the start.
